I need something to capture my interest that can rival my interest in food.
I have been using www.myfitnesspal.com to talk myself out of eating out and to help me lose weightand I bet it could be used in the same way to discourage overeating. You can look up nutrition facts for different foods and keep track of how many calories you are eating. Maybe it would help you get control?
Failing that, you will need something that draws your full attention in order to be effective. Do you like to play video games? Read? Chat with someone on the phone? Play an instrument?
I take 30 min. naps during dieting. It stops the worst temptations to eat when I am hungry.
This has all come about since my gym closed its doors. I don’t have as much reason to get out of the house. I am trying reading. word search, Free Cell, and letter writing to fill the void but I do find food to be more of an obsession now.
Try changing to geodon as your primary med. Food isn’t a factor on geodon
