There’s a stake out van parked outside of my house.
I’m trying to figure out if that’'s just a hallucination.
Can someone actually hallucinate real cars or humans

I hallucinate humans and other things. Never a car that I know of.
I’m told I hallucinate people. They’re 100% real to me.
Not that real that I know of. The ones I detect are obviously fake. But if I saw something real looking how would I know? So…I mean unless you could put your hand through it or something…
They can look anywhere from frighteningly real to laughably fake. The best way I’ve found to handle the real ones are by thinking about if they’re related to any of my thoughts, and go from there.
Like if I’m thinking about my dog and then all of a sudden a dog runs by with no human chasing it or anything then the chances of that being real are low. And then just, is it interacting with my environment or anything like that.
But honestly if you’re not sure then you should take a picture and then if necessary show it to someone and see if they see the van.
Back when I had more visual hallucinations, they varied quite a bit. Some would be like shadow people in the corner of my eye, and some would be very real and even tactile also. The only hallucinations that I get nowadays are auditory ones.
That’s a good idea to take a picture of it.
There was a van parked outside of my house the night before I got put in the hospital the first time. I assume it was real. I thought they were watching me too.
It didn’t help that one of my neighbors named their WIFI network FBI surveillance van number 5.
the entire world
So was it a real car or just hallucination?
I will never know. I didn’t figure out I hallucinated until several years later.
