I was definitely way more attractive around the age 18-19 I guess. I used to work in an optic shop and I remember lots of guys used to follow me around, ask for my phone number. I am glad I left the country though, I feel way much safer here.
Here women are different for sure. Maybe I am a little old-fashioned.

Yeah, I have thought about getting some bear mace or something. I do have a small knife but I’ve heard stories about how usually if you try and defend yourself with a knife your attacker could easily take it from you and hurt you with it.
I usually hold my keys between my fingers, and dial 91 and have my hand hovering over 1 when someone is following me and I feel unsafe.
I’ve also taken a self defence course, but like @LED said, no amount of strength will help when you’re that small.

I still groom myself like trimming my eyebrows and goatee to short length on the goatee. I think I am handsome for being 55. Aging gracefully…growing my hair out lately…loving it.
As far as my physical apperance i love looking and feeling good. As far as it being for others not one care. For me i like looking a certain way for my own satisfaction. But unfortunately i have people who think im self centered arrogant etc because thats their focus or insecurity not mine. I am quick to give a compliment. And as far as my interest in men would quite strike you and throw you off. I like the nerd, the goth, the computer guy that sits behind the desk and types away has no friends i like the anime obssessed women wont give a time a day for a man type man. Not because he isnt wanted its because im not attracted to looks never have been as far as a guy. I do not like athletic men arrogant men men that are obssessed with looks and etc. Weird right yep thats me.

I really don’t envy women. On one hand it’s easier for them to find a mate, on the other it’s almost compulsory to have them around to feel safe.
