How much do you exercise…

…per week and how many calories do you burn?

None. I should really exercise everyday. I have no excuse not too. But my motivation and discipline is so low that I barely get out of bed.

I have given up HIIT and cardio recently as I lost no weight, but still do 120 press ups every morning.

I think HIIT is more for endurance /stamina then loosing weight. That’s why I do it

This is my health record for 121 days.

I have been changing my phone a lot so I don’t have a complete statistic of them

I burn more calories but that statistic is broken on my phone

The risperidone gives me leg cramps at 7km on the stationary bike or 2 miles walking. So i can’t really cardio anyway.

Are you still on risperidone? When I was on it I was a mess

I don’t get a choice in the matter, sadly.

As long as I am passive they don’t care if I get fat or am physically handicapped by the aps.

They do like to have a little less work with patients

It difinitely motivates me. I am going to the gym tomorrow and start exercising. I hope I will keep up with it and feeling better and losing some weight. Thanks for asking btw.

I don’t exercise.
I am in my late 50s and obese.

I also suffer from extremely low motivation and energy.
