My meds are monitored and delivered by my ACT team. They bring them right to my door every Wednesday, which gives them a chance to check up on me. I used to get them every 2 weeks, but for some reason they thought there was a problem, so now it’s every week. Whatever. I just have to make sure all the bomb-making supplies are out of the way before they get here. No problem.

Depends on how long and the frequency of hospital stays and if the doctor prescribes more than what is needed to ease my anxieties.

I also start stressing when I run low. Cos pharmacist gp connection is not very reliable
