I absolutely love it.
It really helps the depression. I come out with more energy n alertness than I had at the start.
And I get to look at fit men and women for inspiration, motivation.

I don’t go gym instead I walk a lot outside I like fresh air
Only intermittently. When the show is over, I get pulled back to the underworld. I guess it’s my negatives as my pdoc told me, the depression I get is so severe that it literally stomps me to the ground, and I’m unable to do anything.
Sorry to hear that
That is challenging
Hope it improves over time the depression
I still am depressed too but it does help me somewhat
Thank you. And I hope you’ll get well soon too.
Thanks @Genesis
I find that over time things have definitely improved
I’m glad it did improved for you. Keep up the good fight
All of them……………
My back has been sore. So havent been able to workout in the gym in 3 months. But it’s gettin better so hoping to workout soon again.
I use my home gym alot. It’s just a bench press, curling bar and dumbbell/kettlebell. I also spend alot more time walking outside.
Gotta stay in shape, even though i spent a good 20 years being a lankey skinny fat guy lol.
I used to go all the time and it helped me feel a lot better and be able to manage my illness easier. I also tried outdoor jogging/running/marathons, was great also. Then I made an at home gym. Now I don’t do any of it. I hope to get back into it one day to prolong my life and maintain health and wellness as much as I can and for prevention of aging health issues.
