How many of you smoke?

How many of you smoke to cope with the sz? I supposedly quit a week ago because I was gonna vape, but my vape pen won’t arrive for a long time, due to the weather. Now my husband won’t let me buy anymore smokes and it’s been a week. Cause I said I promised. I’m making up for it by drinking coffee. What should I do in the mean time? I’m getting the jitters.

I am on day 14 stopping smoking and even today I still crave a cigarette! It’s a lot less pull on me now that the nicotine is out of my system but you have to ignore your cravings !! they get less and less each time…sorry you are suffering but be proud that you are a week clean of cigs…!! @Cici2

I was smoking a pack a day and even more than that on rainy days. For some odd reason I like smoking in the rain.

my parents smoke and there nearly 80 years old, so some people can smoke a life time without any bad effects only some people though

I used to smoke cigarettes. I’ve also vaped. I have a juul it’s been about a month since I used it. I still crave nicotine sometimes but not often.

My great grandfather smoked from childhood to 110 years old. I figured I’d quit smoking and start vaping. A lot cleaner. Ya know?

well the true conclusion on vaping hasn’t fully been done yet because there only 10 years old, maybe in another 10 years the true effects will be known

Smoked a pack a day from 14 till 39. Couldn’t give up for anything until the Champix.

Didn’t finish the course. I haven’t had a cig in over 10 years nearly.

It’s the single best thing I ever did for my physical and mental health!

It’s a nasty drug!

I may just get a hobby after I the urge for nicotine goes away so I don’t have to think about it anymore. It’s just really hard and I’m so weak :sob:

No offence.

I was a beotch for nicotine. I’d pull apart butts and roll them in papers to get my fix. I just couldn’t help myself.

Still. It ended up being so easy to do and I was so glad. It costs well over a dollar a cigarette over here. I couldn’t afford the habit on a pension!

A vape called the juul is really good. It has nicotine salts in it compared to the weaker juice. I used it to quit for 9 months then started hanging out around cigarettes and started smoking again. But it works. For sure.

I’m just looking forward to vaping on a rainy day. I don’t know what it is. Perhaps I’ve conditioned my brain to wait for a rainy day. The getting to stare out on the green lawn while water is trickling beside you as you discreetly take a hit. I want to try CBD oil too for calming my anxiety.

Hey that’s awesome if you can wait.!! I chain smoke like crazy when I’m not at work… I smoke a pack a day
