I do enjoy deep breathing and meditation. I’m am on a journey to inedia (though not the severe type) . I also practice pranic healing so fasting, deep breathing and meditation are a part of my lifestyle. Though I’m a Christian so I have a lot of rituals for healing and it helps because I don’t take meds for now and my symptoms are at a low. I just started this year and it’s been great.

@Rosette i live nearby india …Nepal … i was doing pranic healing …due to some reason i have to stop in the middle …I hope i will start healing from next week … nice to meet you…

have a great day … its almost 9:00pm here … i am going to sleep after some times…

Have a good nights rest darl. Inedia is not India ( I would love to visit India though). It’s a lifestyle choice called breatharianism where food is not your major source of energy. It can be dangerous if you take it to the extreme but it’s good for me so I like it.

Meditation also makes me psychotic. I do breathing exercises as part of my Tai Chi program.

I meditate sometimes for a brief amount of time (15-30 minutes) when I feel stressed and want to quiet the mind.

I do it more now. I’ve made it a habit to do regularly, it definitely helps imo

I love meditation and do it everyday. It doesn’t make me psychotic when I am on proper meds. But I absolutely cannot meditate when I have akathisia.

Meditation is elusive for me. I find when my meds are wonky all it does is bring my voices to light and if I continue psychosis gets really out of hand.
