How does med make you feel?

Can you think with your med? Does it slow you down? Do you feel like a fog brain?

It makes me feel normal, able to function

I feel tired but I can think. If the dose is too high all I can do is sleep. But if I tell my pdoc that, she lowers the dose for me. I recently started taking less loxapine in the morning so I can stay awake during the day, but I still take the full dose at night and that helps.

Empty but stable, for the most part

My meds slow me down on the piano. They sometimes give me akathisia at night. I just take a Cogentin and that quiets it. They make my mouth a bit dry and I’m always drinking things. They give me constipation. I have no motivation to do things like housework. But other than those things, I feel mostly normal and my thinking is so much clearer and more normal that it is all worth it.

Apparently gotten rid of my positive symptoms. Greatful.
But also as @antidepressant044 said, empty in some ways
