It may be helpful to take her to the vet to rule out any underlying medical conditions. After that, I suggest two litter boxes in private areas with unscented litter. Clean the boxes often. Some people say that pheromone sprays help to relax the cat.

I have problems with the dogs peeing on my carpet. Resolve helps the smell go away. It’s a brand of the stuff you it comes in a bottle and you spray it where they peed to make the smell go away. Ended up though having to shampoo my carpet to get the smell out.
