1 cup white vinegar in your laundry should do it.

It’s also suggested elsewhere that you should get an enzyme based pee smell remover to discourage further urination on that area. There’s going to be a bit of urine smell there and the pet will associate it with urination.

If not, let it soak in the wash cycle with the detergent for a while.

Cheapest effective way to get rid of cat pee smell is ammonia. A cup or so per warm water load. I use it a lot, I have an older boy cat that is having peeing issues.

Soak in Oxyclean for an hour then wash it in Oxyclean. You may have to replace if it doesn’t work.
