This was over 20 years ago. I ate well, did not go to any dangerous places, found always a secure place for my car at night, regularly walked around Miami Beach for my exercising, used the internet facilities of many libraries, washed myself regularly, had a mailbox for my mail. And so on, it was an experience that I do not want to repeat, and now I am having some coffee.

A car is a bit cramped. A van would be better.

That’s a long time. How did you find income?
I think i can manage a car / van life better than I could keeping up with a home on my own, which involves lots of paperwork. Maybe with a caseworker I can keep housing. I’m going to get some coffee too. It’s 7:45 AM
