Actually I rented a storage unit in Miami. I kept most of my things in that unit. I had also a mailbox number in that same storage facility.

It is a good video. When I lived in my Mazda 626 I had no real friends. I also did many things in different ways. For example I took showers on the beach in their cleaning facilities. I also used many different places to change my clothes and so on. I could write more but one of the greatest things was freedom to drive any place in America. Once I was in Beverly Hills, CA and then used a coin phone to call at the storage facility where I had my things and asked them to hold my mail because my trip to LA took longer than I expected. Persons really need to experience this way of living.

I must add that there are many facilities to use the Internet freely, university and other libraries. I remember having many free email addresses and I used these free Internet access points and free emails to establish a banking relationship from Miami to a local bank in Finland. Also I cut my own hair in the WC of one university library using my clipper. There are so many other things I could write.

Living in a car is an unique experience. Annual budget may be 4000-5000 $ and this includes all expenses. However some health and car related expenses may occur. You can sleep in your car in some expensive neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills, Manhattan and elsewhere. However it can be dangerous if you do not find secure places to sleep. I lived in my auto 783 days, mostly in Miami, but then I traveled to other cities such as New Orleans. Eventually I became tired of living in my auto and I left to the town where I am from originally. It was a great experience and a fantastic way to see America.
