I google how many kcl do I burn doing nothing. They are lots of questions in that direction. You burn 1.000 kcl by one hour walking. I think the trick is endurance .and .stick to you routine on a long term. Eat less as you burn a day. 7700 kcl is about 1 kg
I have lost 31lbs since the new year until now. 341lbs (RED) to 310lbs (GREEN). A daily 1-hour walking/jogging plus eating the right foods contributed to my weight loss.
Try the keto diet. It has been helping me
My BMI is within normal limits. I restricted my calories to 1200 a day and logged my calories and exercise regularly on a calorie counting app for a year and a half and lost 50 lbs. going from 208 lbs. to 160 lbs. in that time.
Six years later, I still weigh 160 lbs. (158 - 162 lbs. average). My secrets to keeping the weight off is skipping breakfast, eating breakfast food for lunch, never eating chips, dips, crackers, or popcorn. Never drinking diet, or regular soda pop, energy drinks, alcohol or fruit juice. Just generally don’t drink calories at all. Keep sweets to a bare minimum. As far as sweets are concerned, have one serving a day or less. Have only one serving of everything at each meal. And measure portion sizes.
A serving of meat is palm sized. A main course serving is one cup. A serving of vegetables is half a plate. A serving of everything else is a half cup.
I drink plain, black, unsweetened decaf coffee and also water all day, everyday and nothing else. Does me fine.
I also believe in exercise. I enjoy walking and yoga. Each for 30 minutes 4 to 5 days a week.
Honestly, I’ve found the most definitive mental tool for losing weight and keeping it off to be unconditional self-love. When you’re attempting to shed pounds you’re going up against very powerful instincts/impulses that are enabled by today’s food industry, plus our demographic has psych med side effects to contend with as well. Please show yourself mercy if slip-ups occur and shift your focus to overall progress and just keep moving forward. Try to assemble a group of people supportive of your journey if you can.
As for more conventional advice, drink plenty of water, load up on veggies and healthy protein-rich foods, and try to get in some exercise at least a few times a week. I don’t recommend crazy restrictive measures because while you may see fast results in the short-term, that approach is not sustainable in the long-term.
Best of luck!!
