My sleeping habits are all over the place. The longest I will stay on a sleeping schedule is about a week. Today I slept from about 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I like to stay up all night and write and mess around on my computer.
I have a pretty good steady sleep schedule. Typically I go to bed around midnight to 1am and wake up around noon. Typically at least. Some days I sleep in later.
I hear ya though. I enjoy staying up late too.
After the news on the couch I usually crash out
absolutely horrendous lol i havent been sleepign at all this past month. its beyond rediculous… on the other hand i did get a couple good songs out of all this stayin up so… meh …
The weekends my sleep pattern is sort of random. Cos I work night shifts Mon to Fri.
So weekends I just sleep wenever. I try to do chores during weekends daytime.
And if I meet ppl well I have to be awake during the day for that too in the weekend.
I sleep between 4 and 16 hours every night. Last night I slept 12 hours, so somewhere in the middle.
I have got my sleep to 8 hours more or less. It took some decent exercise but I moved from 10 hours a day to 8 or less. It’s winter. I try to sleep in but I am up early…
The trick for me is routine. Get up same time everyday even if that means an alarm. More importantly take your meds same time everyday because it helps and routine is key. For me anyways.
Get a cheap monitor to do your sleep like a smart watch/fitness tracker and try and get it all sorted to about 8 hours a day which seems pretty good.
I try to go to bed around midnight, buthappends when I can not fall asleep rightaway and I get up between 7 and 10 it really depends. As the depot runs of at the end of the month I sleep less.
Last night was ok 8-9 hr really good sleep
