Just saw my nan who I have not seen for ages, and eaten dinner then will finish a film on Netflix before I go to bed.
Not doing too bad at the moment. I hope things continue like that for a good while. My trick is keeping things low key.

im doing alright. had a pdoc meeting this morning. it was standard and quick. a little tired and bored though, got a few more hours til bedtime.

I’ve finally come to the realization that I’ve had a dominant voice in my head that’s never really been me. It’s more like a friend of mine that does the talking for me. Another voice is the scientist trying to explain me. Maybe it’s something like gilligan’s island cast of characters in my head , lol.

i am ok just feel tired cant focus too well, got woken up early by noise, dont want to nap tho maybe ill be feeling like watching the show a little later

Throwing up all night. Feel like a big piece of crap. I don’t like life.
I’m just sitting here freaking out over having to go to a medical doctor and a psychologist in sept to get evaluated for ssdi
I cut on myself twice in a week deep enough to need stitches. Then I put cigarettes out on my hand. My next door neighbor blew his brains out on Saturday. I’m having to wear a GPS ankle monitor cuz I violated a restraining order and had to pay $1000 bail. It’s been rough lately but I have a feeling that this week is going to be better.
