Glad I got some sleep last night .
Also people were not hostile out when I walked my dog which was nice.(and unusual 
)
I don’t mean they are ever violent just yucky attacking vibes or energy.

Overall well, just had a bit of a slip.
I have time travel delusion where I believe time travelers are messing with me. This guy on Facebook told me that it was real. This messed me up.
Other than that, I’m doing well.

I had three days in a row off and I return to work tomorrow. I can’t believe how exhausted I still am. It seems like every small thing that can go wrong is going wrong. For example, my wife let her bank card expire last month and didn’t order a new one. She does this every year.
She asked if she could take mine with her on a trip this week to be able to fill gas and buy meals so I went to find it and realized that my daughter had taken mine to pay for pizza and then not put it back in my wallet before leaving. It’s now halfway across the province. I had to give my wife my credit card to use because she just ran hers up and it’s being paid off at the end of the month. Now I have no way to pay for incidentals on a trip I’m going on this weekend unless my replacement bank card gets here in time. What a friggin’ pain in the arse.
I’m just done.

I’m on Abilify 5,mg in addition to the shot now
I also quit my job which may be a contributing factor

She’s not getting hers for at least ten days because she needs to provide photo ID with a current address. Her driver’s license still has our old address because she never updates her license until she gets into a bind like this. Mine was updated within a week after we moved.

I’m struggling a bit. Have some sort of gut problem that’s been going on for almost half a year. It’s gradually gotten worse and now I’ve been nauseous for the last month or so.
Did a colonoscopy recently, but they didn’t find the cause. I will discuss with my doctor the next step.
I can’t even work now with this condition. I miss working.
