My doctor said my cholesterol is high, but everything else is healthy. I was eating liver every day for 6 months because I thought I was low in iron. Liver has the highest cholesterol of any food. I’ve decided to go vegetarian for 6 months (maybe forever) to lower my cholesterol. My doc said my iron levels are too high also.
This is my first week of vegetarianism, I like it. I’m eating soy burgers and hemp seed shakes and lots of mushrooms and all that. I was craving meat until I had a soy bbq burger, now I’m completely fine.
I gotta say I really like the hemp protein shakes.
