Hallo question

Anyone on here a vegetarian
I was vegetarian age 17 for one year
Now I don’t like meat especially red meat
I really only eat chicken and turkey. I do like bacon and ham but not keen if can avoid. I would be a vegetarian but my life is hard as it is.

You can get complete protein. For example Jelly( peanut butter and) full grain bread.
Or beans and rice. If you mean you can go without meat… Yes its possible.
If you think your deficient work with a dietician and see which suppelement you might have to add( as vegetarian or normal)

To be honest you should always use 3 suppelements at least, One of them is Magnesium, the other is Vitamin (D and k2) if there is no sunlight at the time of year. ( And Fish oil with DHA/EPA) Or an Algae suppelement which does supply the same thing.
