Any vegetarians?

I’m thinking about going vegetarian. I just don’t know what to eat.

I know nietzsche and ganhdi were both vegetarians.

I have thoughts about it as being better for the planet but I still feel I’d be hungry all the time…

I’ve been told that’s a myth but that’s just one person thus far… I have trouble believing it and starting. Plus I am spoiled on that huge front of food etc. my folks do it

You can still get tons of protein and calories is a vegetarian diet. I used to be vegan which is even stricter. But I still managed to feel full all the time and get plenty of protein.

Just cut down on meat. I had a meatfrenzy and i am down to polony again. Well, i like rawcost vegetables like cucumber, salad, tomato go nice on sandwich with tofu or avocado. Mashed potatoes with carrots, pumpkinsoup. Fried mushrooms on toast. Melted cheese on toast, pasta,rice,beans.Eggs.

It seems like a momentous undertaking. Do you crave meat? I don’t know if I can do it. I’m just going to cut back on meat.

You crave meat for the first year or so. After that you forget what it tastes like, and the smell is kind of gross.

You have to come off blood. Mental detox. Its one of our instincts long time ago.

I’m happy with the shift that others so far have been early adopters on and change agents for unlike myself yet.

There’s 2 gigantic companies that trade on the financial markets Beyond Meat is one them… and I’m really happy because last I checked they are getting established… to put it mildly.

I’ve spoken on here about getting vegetarian TV dinners for myself when my living situation changes. But that sounds sad, and I’m having a good day.

Who knows maybe I can pull it off sooner, and newish type doors could open if I live congruently with mind and choices, preferences!!

When I can choose, I’m vegetarian because of the effects of meat production on the environment and cost.
Vegetarianism is easy, you can use milk, eggs and cheese, add also beans and legumes and you are alright.
Personally I think “vegan” products that emulate other ones to be a scam, very expensive and not healthy.

I don’t really know as much as I should. Is carnation instant breakfast still a thing? Something just like that would be pretty turn key for me,

Also lean cuisine might help. Even frozen pizza is better than eating meat straight up.

Something about your post was awesome for me. Maybe I can do this vegetarianism but not quite vegan.

Morningstar veggie burgers can be heated up in the microwave, and aren’t bad that way.

A vegan diet has to be planned very well, especially for children, there are high risk of deficiencies.

I am on a vegan diet for the animals and environment.

I take vegan b12 , vegan iron , vegan omega 3 and vegan calcium supplements daily.

There is a great book called so why become vegan by Sandra kimler and it’s for sale on amazon.

I have read it four times.

I’m so happy I’m not eating meat anymore.

I truly hope you make this decision.

For the environment and animals and for yourself.

There are so many beautiful vegan food products out there now.
