Help with Caplyta

Tonight was my third dose of Caplyta. The first night this med really knocked me out, and I had dry mouth in the morning. These are the only side effects that I have had so far. Tonight, the sedation and dry mouth wasn’t as bad.

Another guy at my psych clinic was just put on Caplyta two and a half weeks ago, and he says his only problem is blurry vision.

I know three days isn’t long enough to really tell how an antipsychotic will work, but I’m feeling better now maybe because of the sleep I’m getting. I really like the Caplyta I’m taking. It looks like it’s the med of choice with my pdoc as he is giving it to other Sz clients besides me.

Hey Bowens. Aripiprazole doesn’t seem to be controlling my positive symptoms the best which is why I’m switching to Caplyta.

This is really good. I’m not craving stimulants like coffee, cigarettes, or illicit amphetamines now. I haven’t used illicit drugs since the summer of 1980.
