Anyone try this drug and does it cause lots lots of anxiety for you?

I took caplyta for a bit @Wave .
You just start on the typical dose immediately, which is nice. But to answer your question, it didn’t do anything for my anxiety, in fact it did nothing at all. I was on it to see if it helped me enough to replace my other antipsychotics. It was really a weak med for me.
I eventually stopped it and was pretty disappointed because I heard so many good things about it and I was hopeful I could switch to it and lose weight and feel much better. It was pretty discouraging. I hope I’ve accepted my current medications.

Yes, it’s weaker than Geodon, which I was on for over 2 years. However, I like it better. There were some serious side effects with Geodon for me.

Hey Lickety-split, how was Caplyta for your positive symptoms? Did it help with that? Did it help with negatives? Where there less side effects? Besides it not working well for your anxiety, what didn’t you like about Caplyta?
Sorry, I didn’t mean to say I took Caplyta for anxiety. I took it for sz. Like I said it just felt like a weak medication to me. I noticed no difference in any symptoms for myself. I had no side effects but I was only on it for a month or a bit longer. @Roman
