Healing of us

healing

do you try to help others heal from sza/sz

No.

I mostly focus on helping myself with my symptoms.

I have a couple friends that I feel Iā€™m good emotional support for but itā€™s not like my goal to heal others.

Itā€™s like putting the oxygen mask on yourself before you help others, right?

Do you understand what Iā€™m saying?

Work on yourself.

Then try to help.

When we improve and help others our life might improve depending and match it

I like to help because it gets me away from myself.

But I also feel like that whole ā€œfill your own cup upā€ is a bit of a myth.

Itā€™s an issue of desire and want. If I donā€™t want to help someone then naturally itā€™s going to feel ā€˜drainingā€™.

The only issue in helping someone is how much physical help can be offered.

And sometimes it does make me feel better to feel like Iā€™ve helped someone regardless if thatā€™s not healing for me.

I have mixed feelings about it.

Also, I believe some people are just very bad at really helping people because they lack emotional awareness.

I donā€™t really help with sz/sza exactly, I think the meds do that. I just try to bring a better feeling in the hopes it will help someone carry on.

I guide some of the people close to me through meditations.
