well i don’t go out much anyhow so not much different for me. but i notice mom is not scared and goes out every day somewhere. she is used to living an active out and about life. do you think there is a stigma for people who are out and about right now and not hunkered inside? that is another reason i have not been going out. im more afraid of social judgement than i am of the coronavirus i think. so im trying to behave, but im getting cabin fever. i just want to go for a long drive or something.
I stopped going out a long time ago. So this is easy for me unfortunately.
I think people should only go out if it’s absolutely necessary. I have to go out to get my meds once a month for instance.
I get my groceries delivered.
yeah i went to the grocery store last week and the cashier was an elderly woman who was very nervous. she was sanitizing the check out line every customer. i felt bad for her, she should be retired and at home. but i guess she needs the money.
grocery delivery is not an option for me here i don’t think
I’m seriously considering hunkering down. I need to make a trip to the grocery store to stock up then I think I’m done. I think I’ll just stay at home and forgot about all my appointments and just do them later. It’s not worth it to me to put myself in harms way for a teeth cleaning and whatnot. And as far as going to mental health for arts and crafts, forget that. No way.
i have a pdoc appt. on the 24th. that is probably the next time i’ll be out. well maybe i will buy groceries in town here before then.
I go to work, but most of my stuff is outside and I see few people, other than that i’m always alone
I only go out for psychiatrist appointment.
My parents get my meds and food.
On Abilify I was able to go out but I had serious side effects so I am on Latuda now.
What negative things people my age may think of me is way worse to me than viruses, wild animals, ghosts, rain, economic disasters, restaurant inspections rating, ufos, unsanitary conditions and traffic.
Like some of you guys Im not worried lol. Im basically a shut-in. Ill be the last person to catch the virus
I live alone. I have to go out when there’s nothing to eat . . .
I don’t go out anyways. My parents go out often though. I’m trying to get them to peter down their activities and be homebodies, but it feels like trying to swim upriver.
I rarely go outside to eat something anymore. And I stopped going for walks. Not in the mood right now. Maybe because of the weather.
Everyone don’t panic…unless you have a low immune system you will probably recover if you get the virus…seriously a lot of shut downs are going on in the world and that might seem frightening… but buckle down…for about two weeks there will be public panic…don’t fall for it.
3 kids in school, doctor appts, therapist appts for me and kids, and pdoc appts. Not gonna reschedule anything cause it was a fight to get them to begin with.
But I have to go for groceries weekly so other than those I don’t go out. But hubby has to work so he’s always bringing sickness home, lol.
