Have you experienced oculogyric crises?

It’s an unvoluntary movement of the eyeball into a fixed position, usually upwards. It can occur due to antipsychotic medication use. I personally never experienced that. Have some of you guys experienced that?

No, I haven’t thankfully.

How long have you been on AP @everhopeful?

I think it’s a very scary side effect. I hope I’ll never experience that!

Mine only swivel towards attractive females.

And ankles.

I haven’t. I’ve been on APs for 17-18 years. Atypical APs for 4 years and old school “typical” APs for the rest.

I’m sorry to hear that @anon47167357. What AP were you on and how long?

I had several of those crises. At the time I was on the Maximum allowable dose of Perphenazine. I thought they were part of the disease I was going through. I didn’t let people know I was having them.

my tongue was also rolling madly and i seized over to the side for about an hour at a time
they had to change my meds because i was being non compliant with them
i thought i was being telepathic and was a result of that
