Cocaine made me more social but almost permanently wrecked my life.

I was thinking more about things like nsaids or prescription antibiotics but oh yeah. Kratom used to make me feel like life was worth living for a little while.

nothing that I can think of. Caffeine is good for more energy sometimes when you are dragging.

Beta alanine.

It’s a sports supplement but it chills me out.

I only take it when I have to as it depletes taurine in your body.

Did beta alanine ever make you tingle? I tried it once and I was so itchy and tingly that I started to panic. I didn’t know that was a common side effect.

No, it didn’t affect me like that. It does affect some people like that unfortunately

creatine, black seed oil (nigella sativa)

I started taking potent probiotics for my diverticular disease and was amazed by how many health benefits they provide across multiple domains including with depression, stability, and negative symptoms. I make my own fermented kraut now because it packs more punch than expensive probiotics from the pharmacy and it’s dirt cheap. Gut flares ups are few and far between when I take my kraut and my chronic diarrhea goes away when I’m on it.

I did start taking a supplment called Amyloban 3399 (lion’s mane extract) to help with negatives, which it does slightly. Here were the shockers: First, it boosts the effect of my APs (Geodon, Rexulti, and Vraylar so far) so that I can function on half of the normal dose. Take away the shroom extract and in about a week I need a full dose for the same effect. Second, it is amazingly helpful with nerve pain. As in I was able to give up my Vicodin scrip kind of helpful. Never saw that coming. @Ninjastar has experienced similar with nerve pain with it. The cheaper, weaker extracts don’t do it for me. This stuff is expensive, but I practically buy it by the case now. Less than half of the people my last pdoc recommended it to got the AP boost and some flat out got bad anxiety from it.

Magnesium Triple Calm. It calms me some and I concentrate better too.

gabapentin is incredibly effective in calming down my frenzied limbic system, i feel like it does wonders for my schizoaffective stuff but also my possibly-borderline symptoms as well. very grateful.
