It seems pretty cheap to buy.

I have bought this exact product and this is my experience.
First few days it gives a dizzy like disoriented feelings bit like sedated may be a drop in blood pressure. Then after some days this dizzy feeling not there may be my body get used to it quickly. It makes me hard to fall asleep at night and even if fall into sleep its fragmented as I tend to wake several times during sleep. Another major thing I read on internet is valerian root might cause liver damage as it increases stress on liver and kidneys to excrete it. I also found some pain in low back and abdomen regions so stopped taking it as side effects more than benefits.
If have severe anxiety then it might help to calm down as bit like sedating feeling at first but problem is need to increase dose to get same effect which is not a good thing as it increases the stress load on liver and kidney.
Ah ok. Maybe I’ll give it a skip then.
Thanks very much for the information.
i didn’t use it for anxiety, but for panic attacks to calm me down, it was sedating and calmed me down some but gave me terrible headaches, so i stopped using it. i would drink it in tea form, valerian stinks though, has an odor.
I’ve definitely decided to not take it. Ah well …
It gave me severe migraines. Mr. Star uses it and likes it, though. I might be allergic.
Oh geez, migraines… I think I’ll just stick with L-theanine.
I drink valerian tea. It seems to chill me out. I usually have it in the evening
I used to take it but the smell grossed me out. Smells like feet.
i like the smell of feet
i used to drink the tea then switched to a tincture. the tincture doesnt smell as strong. it is very subtle to me.
you could try brewing a pot of chamomile tea and drink that throughout the day. chamomile is pretty relaxing but subtle also
Ive tried valeriana some years ago for sleep.
No big effect.
its quite expensive here.
That just make me sleepy
Yeah, I use it regularly
It works sometimes and other time it doesn’t, I think it is worth a shot
