Hallucination with peace

As I have learned that it is all in the mind and neurons and connections are firing in different ways than normal people, I am laying down, looking at the blue sky. I start seeing little white knats or dots that are rapidly whizzing right infront of my eyes.

I realize that noone near me is freaking out about these dots. Than I realise that it’s all a hallucination. And I don’t freak out or react to it as I am laying down, I just observe it.

Even though I see the hallucination and it seems real but I know its a trick in my mind, I can’t do anything to control it. Now I feel how strong and devasting schizophrenia can be through this epiphonical perspective of powerlessness and control over this symptom.

I used to see fractals in the clouds… Once I called my friend: come look come look, aren’t the clouds fractals? She said she couldn’t see anything and I thought it was an acid flashback…

I think I know what you’re talking about…little “floating things” in my eyesight when I look at a white screen or blue sky.

hey i looked in the mirror and saw a very tall dark creepy being behind me…
and a small shadowy figure running :ghost: past me… :black_circle:
the trick is to accept it as normal, then the brain/mind does not perceive it as dangerous.

Oooh! Oooh! Pick me, I know this one!

I have this, too. It used to make my mom really angry when I would talk about it to her. I thought I was seeing stars. They’re white blood cells!

Though, following links and now I think I might have visual snow disorder?

Lmfao you hit it right on the nail. I was trying to make sense of it so I thought it was just me coming to terms with my hallucinations.

I get that but only for a split second until I’m able to catch my mind.

I see dots in everything and faces. It freaks me out. Im still not used to it.
I get so paranoid when I see them.

Do you ever draw your creatures?

There are some times I just have to let it ride…

It’s odd to see what I see… and then realize no one is reacting in panic…

How do they not see the consuming fire on the other side of the coffee shop? Because it’s not really there… it’s me and my cross wired head.

Good luck and hope all goes well.

I like to paint some of my visions. It helps my relationship with them. Plus then I get to share. But the darkest things I don’t paint since it keeps them present, and I don’t want them hanging around any longer than they already do. You are very articulate about what you see and your “comfort level” is apparent. Since we can’t take photos, I wondered if you tried to draw or paint them. The truth is, I was wondering if some of your visions are similar to mine.

@Hedgehog
these are some of the things i see;
dark beings in cloaks tall and shadowy
the blue aliens
the grey aliens tall and small ones
faeries
beings up to my knees…not fairies though they are about 3 inches tall
i see hell below my feet…and people grabbing at my feet and jeans
people swimming through the floor
blood dripping from the walls
dead people queing down the hall way
eye balls in cups of tea
hundreds of bugs big and small crawling out of mrs. sith mouth and my own
demons screaming in my face ( though no volume now )
before major disasters i see black/dark beings standing everywhere…in the fields , along the roads…etc.
i see angels
golden angels ( rarely )
orbs of light
i see through veils into different worlds
and i have an alien standing next to me pretty much 24/7.
this is whilst awake.

while i am asleep
i see wormholes
fly spaceships
get told the future of mankind…
time travel
visit other planets
see different species
i have what you would call a ’ mind palace ’ i visit.
it is endless.
i could go on but i won’t.

never a dull moment in my head !?! :ghost:

You have an amazingly creative mind. And I’m deeply moved and impressed with your ability to integrate. Thank you for sharing, @darksith. I didn’t mean to press you. Expressing what I see/hear/feel helps me, but I apologize if I was too forward by asking you.
