Hi friends me again :stuck_out_tongue: … Any gym people in here that could pass some knowledge as a SZ, About not the working out part but the supplement part. Did ur doc approve? If u didnt care and took them anyway, did u feel any weird i suppose u can say?.. Creatine, Legal testosterone boosters, protein shakes, u name it . . fish oil?

I know working out is good for you but does any of you SZ ppl take hard supplements, Hey why not ask about the steroid thing to if you want to share it …3.2.1 Go :slight_smile:

Someone told me to try a fat burner pill because I am lightly active on a low calorie but not losing any weight.

Ive taken stuff called shroom tech sport from onnit.com for a pre workout. Taken fish oils which are great. Spirulina for muscle growth is great.

Maca powder for muscle growth is great, whey protein is fine. Casein protein is fine.

DO NOT TAKE STIMULANT PRE WORKOUTS. They are filled with caffeine and can easily make you symptomatic.

Once I tried creatine without my doc advice. And, guess what, it was a hell bad experience for me. I started having hairfall. All of my body was full of pustules. This is my request to everybody please get advice from your physician first before taking any supplement.
