Do you lift?
Apparently a common mistake men make is only focusing on the upper body and neglecting the lower body because it doesn’t swell as much during the workout.
My legs are a shade thinner than my arms plus I fell into this rut myself.
(Anyway I base this on my cousin who knows a lot about things like this.)
Yea i lift, i train everyday, eat healthy 6 days a week and have one cheat day a week. I like to train hardcore.
Nutrition is the most important part, training is second. 80 percent nutrition and 20 percent training.
I can appreciate that. I used to be hardcore with it but that was a long time ago. Are you young? Don’t give up, maintenance is harder to do because hitting a plateau isn’t as much fun. But having a good physique does matter.
Just don’t get unbalanced with it. Can you still feed your brain ie, read books? Ladies care about that too, I just couldn’t juggle, multitask, plus I got Sz at age 25(full fledged).
yea im 31, not as strong as i used to be but im going to make that an excuse not to workout and eat healthy, yea i read like nutrition journals time to time. What supplements are good for building muscle. Im just trying to achieve a healthier state and slim down, im not trying to look like a bodybuilder because im on lots of medications that really effect my metabolism. If i do thats great.
I only ever tried creatine and a now out of stock product called Muscle Milk.
It had a property in it called Casseine which maybe you can google? I’m no expert on supplements and don’t even really use any for Sz.

I used love muscle milk, it tast so good. Yea i cant afford protein powder, i stick with tuna cans. It works.
Right on, don’t forget hot sauce or something like that… it helps since tuna can be dry and mayo I would imagine is not part of your diet!
Swole is the goal, size is the prize!
yea i mix with a can of vegetables and olive oil, salt and hot sauce taste pretty good.
