are those the caffeine boosters? i don’t like to workout with caffeine, it makes me jittery. i tried NO explode a couple years ago. and never went back to them
i would be interested in trying creatine though. my cousin recommended it and he’s a bodybuilder.

My friend is taking weight gainer, he’s too skinny. I wish that I could give him some of my fat. I am 280lb. Being skinny is also a problem apparently.
im 260, want to be 200, thats my goal. Im also taking fat burners too and also in low calorie diet. trying to use all my resources. To burn as much fat as quickly as possible.
I think creatine is hard on the kidneys.

yea thats the down side of it i feel more anxious and paranoid. Feeling the pump is great feeling is better than an orgasm lol, its a huge rush, i love it, its so addicting, i always look forward to my workout because of it.

idk but all the chemicals and stimulants i get rush of adrenaline and dopamine. is this how crack feels like.

Both, go to the gym for chest and legs and home for shoulders and back. i get a free gym membership from my insurance called silver sneakers, check you insurance if they have that program, i save hundreds of dollars. I couldnt believe it, I just found my insurance that program earlier this year. wish i knew it sooner, they dont tell you.

I used to take pre workouts cuz I liked the explosiveness of my workouts. Then in school I learned about the harm caffeine and other stimulants does to your heart when and prior to exercising. For sz relativity, I guess you could correlate the stimulation manifested towards a mild mild form of mania but it would be only fair to say that that is purely on a case by case basis as some peolpe are more sensitive to stimulants than others and thus act differently or are not phased at all
This is true, i never had heart issue when taking preworkout thank the lord for that but i just get more anxious and paranoid thats all.
If it makes you more anxious and paranoid then why continue?
