Got to turn on the heater this morning...yayyy

for the moment, it’s still pretty chilly outside…the wall unit we use for a heater works fine which was a worry because last year I remembered it acting up…nice , warm and cozy…just like i like it. haha

We’re being told that winter heating bills will go up at least 100%. Maybe up to 250%. Hoping to put off running the furnace for as long as possible.

I’m already hoping for a mild winter.

Mine went on for a couple of days (uk), but its off again now. Did a new energy meter reading and paid it, and the cost wasn’t too bad after a month.

Love winter. Dark early nights. I aint freezing for no bugger, if I’m cold I’m putting it on.

I agree with that. I’m not freezing either. Somehow will make ends meet.

I’m still on the old, fixed rate tariff for the energy bills, till May 2023. So, the energy crisis in the Uk hasn’t hit me yet. Brothers paying £20 a day for electric.
