This morning I put the heating on for a first time this year as it was a bit nippy.
Do you already have to put the heating on where you live?

It not that cold but usually use in December
Yes we’ve had the heating on recently. Its starting to get cold here in my part of Canada!
It’s midnight here and I have the windows open to keep the house cool. No need for the heater yet.
Nobody likes a braggart, @Moonbeam.
Oh yeah, gets in the 30’s tomorrow
Its been pretty hot here where i am in Australia. Dreading the coming summer.
Heating went on yesterday. But ive just bought an oil filled radiator just to heat the lounge. Energy bills are sky high in the uk, so im keeping the gas off this winter.
Had heating on for the past week it is 47F right now.
My heat is on, set at 68 F.
Still making do with warm clothes and blankets
I have those as well. One for the bedroom and one for the lounge
Probably should have put it on last night, but I couldn’t be bothered to re-program them.
Will likely sort today, as temps have really nose-dived
The Warm Home Discount Scheme, starts on the 16th October BTW. Put your claim in, i missed out last year lol. @joker
Thanks man! I forgot about that. Will se if I qualify this year
I would like to put the heating on today it’s suddenly got colder but it’s up to my landlady.
It’s 46 F outside atm. I think the heat is on, yes. I don’t generally handle the thermostat myself since dad pays for it, though.
Our first freeze was a week ago. That’s what I discovered that our forced air furnace did not work. After looking it over, I had discovered that the fan was locked up. Talking to the man that I’m buying the place from. He hooked me up with a new blower motor. After installing it, I found another part that was bad. Another. Tell finally the bill came to about $800. I had to put all the parts in. Chase all the electric . And now it is working. I’m glad it didn’t happen in the middle of winter. Uhm glad I got it going before the Second Is freeze.
Its 4c now outside, heating is off. I usually turn on heating only when its -10c or colder.
Then you would never need heating in Belgium! It doesn’t get to -10°C
no need for heat…letting the chilly morning air cool the house for later so we don’t have to turn on our a/c’s later…yayyyy.
