fasting for another 3 weeks fingers crossed…
posture and upper arm exercises 2x a day from tonight and then wear the heels till im used to them each day for a bit
i came down from 13 stone / 82.7kg / 182lbs
im 11st 7 lbs / 73kg / 161lbs
and with a break - just to level out
i fasted 26 days in September
and now in 3 weeks i will fast another 21 days
starting today
i have not really gone this mental for one night ever
but the venue is where my prodromal phase ended -
the 3 months before were all about these jerks who put me on a bad acid trip and the coming event of going to this venue
so i guess im sticking 2 fingers up
although im not crazy

@Thanna I’m dieting and losing 3-4 pounds a week without starving. A fast once a week for a day can be healthy but it is possible to go too long without food. Plus your metabolism will slow down significantly which when you eat again will cause you to gain it all back very quickly and then some.
