8 hours daytime? 1 day? Or even more?
Of what reason did you fast from food?
I think it was 4 days, but I almost didn’t eat for 1 week. Psychosis from SSRI. I’ve unintentionally fasted for more than 24 hours several times.
It was quite long! Did you overeat the next day?
I honestly don’t remember anymore, but that’s what I usually end up doing after I forget to eat, so yes, probably.
During the time that I was homeless and starting college I used to go three to four days between eating In the winter because I was spending my money on gas to keep me warm.
What a remarkable strength. How did you do that? Imagine 3-4 days without food, and intentionally.
When I was anorexic I went for a week on less than 50 calories a day. Well less than. To lose weight - at 80 lbs. + 5’ 4".

Women need 2000 calories daily intake. What? You took 2.5% only.
Have you recover from the eating disorder?
Not very long
I’m like the guys in the snickers commercials when I don’t eat
“You’re not when you’re hungry.”
Longest fast for me? About 14 days on liquid only, no solids. Not even pudding or soup.
Why did you fast for that long? Did it help your digestion and metabolism?
3 days twice. I did for illness results. I could’ve gone longer because surving the first two days, (the hardest part) boosted my will power to keep going. When you fast for that long, don’t break it with solid foods, you’ll feel like ■■■■if you do. And water helps stave off hunger and pains.
Somewhat. I no longer starve myself physically.
