Gonna have to start the appeal process. It took 8 months for them to deny me. Hopefully I won’t have to go to court.

If you’re in the states, it’s free unless you get the money. Then you pay. Second, if you go to school, work, or anything like that that shows you might not be 100% disabled. Not sure if you’re in the US or Canada. It’s hard to get disability now. I wrote them all my delusions that I thought were true and despite having plenty of records and disabilties, they are doing a medical re-evaluation in 3 years because they see a possible sign of improvement. It’s a joke.

@anon28145038 is right. In the US, you don’t pay unless you win and it’s a portion of your back pay you’re awarded so it’s money you never miss. Are you in the US?

In my country you don’t have to apply and get rejected and maybe go through court. You have disability- you get the benefits

Yes I do. My case worker seems to think I’ll get it after I appeal
If you have to fake anything to claim disability then that’s fraud.
It’s because of people behaving like this that they make it so hard to get for everyone else
Well everyone’s doing, if you don’t get hospitalized on a paper you will look healthy as just medication needed to support you life. According to disability council as long as you can walk 200 metres, microwave food and read labels up close, you considered “healthy”.
