Well yesterday I walked to the early polling place to vote in the runoff for mayor. My left knee and hip bother me, and it hurt walking the short distance I did. But today my hip and knee aren’t hurting as bad as they did yesterday. I guess this tells me I need to force myself to go out and walk some more.

Yeah good move matey. Half an hour briskly 3 times a week is a great goal to start!
As you get older it’s even more important to move! I really believe that!
