for now, just isometrics of my upper body, today I am rather sore, kind of pushed myself yesterday…my lower body is in tone rather good, I just want to build upper body strength and tone, not looking for mass.
Wise decision. I have to do that myself as I feel my body gets tired…

just monday , wednesday , and friday I do my isometrics…very nice work outs…I do it until I feel the burn.

I mostly dropped out of the outside world after my little “incident” that made me think I would not fully recover my cognition. It sent me into a semi psychosis for a few months as well…then once I started to recover I got into pc games.
All of this set things like exercise, walking the dog and the like, out to pasture. So I have not been exercising much for several months. I should probably get back into it.
Same also goes with guitar btw. I haven’t played much for months.
