I lowered my intake a few months ago and it’s been pretty rocky. Today I was very distressed and finally took a larger dose.

L-theanine doesnt really work for me. Maybe it’s my dose, I take 800 mg at a time and I still dont feel anymore relaxed. Oh well.

Yes. I think it’s expensive. That’s part of the reason I cut down. But I’ve no choice if it works I guess.
