Good news for saving environment

After 13 years of hard work in labs a professor in China found a certain type of bower bacteria inside the insects which can dessolve plastic. He is going to apply his research to evironment protection. About 13 years ago he came across a bag of cereals with a lot of holes on it and spotted some insects inside the plastic bag. Then he thought the inescts might have the ability to dessolve plastic material.

Usually It needs around 500 years to desolve a decarded plastic bag. So plastic trash is a big problem to this earth.

i heard this a while ago, sounds very interesting  but i dont see that the insects would get a lot of nutrition from plastic.

Except a cool Armor plastic exoskeleton!

They wouldn’t eat it if they weren’t getting something. Nature is anything but efficient!

I thought bugs would eat through anything, maybe if we could cultivate the bacteria and then we may be able to produce it in a lab and spray plastic with it,

the thing i would worry about is if it mutated and became like a disease and started eating other things.

I really dig such positivity and “we can” attitude.

Jävlar annama which they might say in Sweden.

A environmental party was so negative in their approach yet another party seemingly not caring was doing great with a can do attitude for the species and environment etc

Instead of “all is lost “ …

There are great inventions.

My boyfriend and I believe their may be cancer cures that they do not want to make public because of the amount of money involved…
