do any of you meditate ? im going to start with 15 minutes a day and move onto 30 minutes
I meditate 5 minutes a day. It’s relaxing sometimes.
I meditate… It can be very good for body and mind… 15 minutes sounds like a good place to begin. Find a method that works for you. There are a lot of videos on youtube

I am reading a Mindfulness workbook. I have started doing the meditations suggested in the book. It can be as simple as focussing on your breathing for a few minutes
I have been meditating consistently for about two years now. I try to do timed breathing meditation twice a day, for 15 minutes at a time. Meditation has gone a long way toward evening my mood, regulating my sleep, and making me calmer and more easy going in general. It is also helping my memory and pain perception. I highly recommend it to people who can do it.
I do yoga classes once a week which includes some meditation at the end.
I have a CD called yoga nidra by swami.

I want to learn tm because my mum says it’s great but I have not learnt it.
I have difficulties meditating but hope to learn.

I meditate - usually half a hour is all i need, but starting off at 15 minutes is good.
Doctor said start with one go to five min that’s very good! I think I would look at words not read them when meditating
I’ve been doing self-hypnosis which is a lot like guided meditation.
I meditate daily and have been doing so for over a year and a half. Feels good. I like breathing meditation and body scans. I truly believe that meditation is the closest thing to a panacea out there (besides food water sleep lol).
