I meditated for the first time in awhile. I’m not noticing any immediate differences. I’ll keep at it to see what happens. Last year I meditated for a couple months straight. It seemed to do something.
Again I meditated for twenty mins. I probably thought for ten of those mins. Had a lot on my mind tonight.
I’m going to meditate soon too.
Keep going mate. The more you meditate, the more you will enjoy it. Meditation itself is very rewarding.

I have to be careful that I don’t meditate to deep. Sometimes I feel oversensitive afterwards. I prefer short meditations that help to relax.
