Does anyone do meditation here ?
Yes. Meditation is most effective after pranayama, but even mindfulness meditation helps heal the brain. Watching the breath during meditation is good too, and the mind calms down after an hour of meditation far more than after 10 or 15 minutes.
My voices just get louder when I meditate.
I guess everyone has different experiences
That would be discouraging to sit and hear voices.
I like walking meditation
I like walking daydreaming. Both dangerous activities if done outside lol, depending on the traffic and other factors.
Every time I have tried it has made my positive symptoms so much worse. To the point where I have had psychiatrists tell me don’t ever do that again.
How many hours meditation do u do ?
At least one hour morning and night. It sounds like a lot but it got me through the hardest times.
It’s been a long time. But as I remember it works pretty good for me, even only after 10 minutes daily.
I just haven’t put it in my routine, not that I don’t have the time.
Honestly jogging make me feel better.

Crazy thing is - I am so forgetful that sometimes I just forget to meditate.
Overall, I like the idea that u can meditate doing anything. Like, while cooking, while driving, while watching TV,

I can do meditation. If I meditate hard enough I can actually astral travel. I have not done it in years as I feel like I’m playing with fire when I do this.

Yes I use guided meditation to sleep at night. Works like a charm.
Typical meditation is too boring for me.
So i prefer to do an activity where i am in the zone and not thinking about anything else. Thats good for the mind.
Im subscribed to headspace. It’s a guided meditation app. I’m on day 11. Still on the basics. I like doing it. I don’t know what the benefits are yet. I meditate sometimes at day treatment. I just close my eyes like I’m sleeping for around 5 minutes and go through the process. I tried the waking up app meditation but it got weird fast. I just want to breath and relax. Hopefully I will stick with it and possibly get some benefits.
