Going @#$%ing Crazy

That’s what happens to me with coffee. I try to avoid all caffeine. Even tea can get me there. I’m a sucker for feeling stimulated, but its ■■■■■■■■. My brain works just as well without it, perhaps even better as it’s not as obsessive.

If you’re still awake I’m sorry. I’ve had many nights like that.

Avoid the caffeine. Just say no to it. It’s a pretty easy habit to nix.

Yes, that is the date I started off with. That’s my birthday, and the reason I’m doing this, after I’m done praying for my brother.
I don’t see the problem, and I don’t see why people think I should have to live being uncomfortable in my own skin and unhappy, when there is an obvious way to fix it.

Because they don’t help me. They can’t be trusted. They brush the big issues I really want help with aside as just nothing.
They confuse me. They try to convince me that I am just crazy and that my thoughts are invalid. They laugh at me and never take me seriously. Also, I’m afraid of being locked up or sedated.

Yeah, I’m sensitive to it, too. I woke up today and my head is still swarming…
I won’t be making that mistake, again. I overdid it yesterday.
I got a few hours of sleep in, not much but that’s okay.
Time to go back to decaf coffee.

Good idea. I’ve thought about decaf. But decaffinated aint totally caffeine free.

The next time I really just want a taste of coffee that’s what I’ll do.

Waking up is a pain without smokes or caffeine. Food isn’t the best substitute for that.

why do you have to fast? is this a religious thing? i think you should eat something, going without anything is really dangerous, even muslims that fast are allowed to eat at certain times during the fast, so i think you should be really careful,

if things dont improve then i would suggest seeing your doctor immediately and keep them informed of your actions because i think if you dont eat it could be seen as a form of self harm, anyway i hope you do what is best for you and take care of yourself ok  take care.
