Do you think life is easier if you have a friend to keep you company?
Do you have a friend to spend time with?
I find I do best if I’m around people only for a short period of time and don’t make close connections. It gets messy that way.

Yes.
Sort of. I’m married, but it’s strained. My best friend died almost a year ago and I’ve not found anyone like him since. Quality axxholes are few and far between, especially ones who are skilled with cameras. (Birds of a feather…)
It’s very sad to lose someone close, especially a good friend.
i keep crying i don’t have any friends and then i realized i don’t have time or energy for what friendship entails. so i should stop complaining…
judy
I don’t have anyone irl
When they got me off drugs at 18/19 we did nothing to rebuild my social life
They dismantled my friends at the time as it was all about stopping my access to drugs
I appreciated that intervention but I was left with zero social skills
Even when they diagnosed ASD nothing was done to help
Had to try and figure it out myself but I am yet to establish healthy relationships
Yes life is easier with friends. Too much of a social life is bad too tho. Even if it is better to be alone, say in the case of a monk who is alone to get closer to god, we can’t deny the fact that (regardless of whether is “best” to be alone) that being with friends is the easier option. Friends lift you up when you’re down and you do the same for them when they fall.
It’s always the oldies are always goldies
My age old friends just connect in an instant.
