I woke up, felt energetic, went as I do every day to the health club, today for strength training.
I will go again for aerobic training.
Aerobic fitness I will try to do every day, even on days that I do strength training.
Aerobic fitness is more important than muscle strength, and my aerobic fitness is rather good.
You need rest days . Consider them “growth” days! Keep it Up:hugs:
I am ready to go exercise again!
Less than an hour after I finished my strength training and I am ready to go again!
Hold on. What kind of strength training did you do? Too much means less gains.
@chess24 is a newbie at understanding kinesiology but yes, I agree with you that the body requires rest to recuperate from intense physical activity.
I realize that and don’t want him to burn out or get injured
@chess24 is 24 years old. He’s young and has the energy but it’s true that he could injure himself if he overexerts himself.
Honestly, depends on his goals. If he’s eating right macros micros…just hate not being able to give people a flash drive of knowledge cuz I don’t have enough patience. I hate watching injuries and burn out
I’d say he’s going to go through trial & error rather than take the advice of known knowledge of other people’s experiences.
Trial and error leads to burn out fast. But I’m proud of him
Well, this is what occurs with novice people who exercise.
I know “sigh” I care too much sometimes
