An update on myself

How I HATE this!
Often after exercising I need HOURS to recover.
I exercise every day and on some days I wish I could exercise twice a day,
but because of the recovery thing it is not possible.
Anyway I play chess well, even when I’m tired and can’t read, can’t shower and can’t do anything else.

If you exercise the same way every day, you’ll end up hurting yourself and becoming extra fatigued. You should remember to have rest days.

Rest is a necessary and important part of exercise. Without it, you open yourself up to potentially devastating injuries from abusing your muscles. It’s not good not to rest. Even top athletes have rest days built into their training schedules.

I try to exercise almost everyday. I seem to do better that way. My form of exercise is yoga, so, it is gentle enough to do everyday. I do take a day off every now and then though.

I don’t know how to play chess, but I know how to play the piano. I need to purchase a keyboard first. Love piano music!
