I been eating over 2000 calories without realising. It’s not how much I eat it’s what I eat.

you gotta burn it off too, i am the same, i eat rubbish and it shows, not enough exercise and it shows, i heard eating legumes are good for health, beans and stuff with less meat, i am kind of feeling shame for eating so badly and not exercising enough now
