I’m 22 female. I lately feel a lot depressed and I also have different irritating fears. I feel as if they are pulling me back from doing anythig as a whole. I forever feel scared.
I like drinking coffee. Do you think if i try not drinking it for some time there’s a chance to get better? (because I sometimes feel irritated after drinking a cup)
Each time I begin to do something and then I forever dream about nasty stuff and can’t actually concentrate on nothing else.
Have you had such moments?
I have had a lot of moments like that. Hang in there! Are you on meds? An snri has helped with the worry a lot for me. And also a high dose of vraylar. I think the coffee could be agitating you for sure. Maybe try drinking decaf instead if you enjoy coffee. Do you have anxiety problems and are they treated?
Maybe some counseling would help. Also seeing a psychiatrist could greatly benefit you. If your fears are so strong you cannot deal with them and get too hung up on them then meds are probably your best bet for combating the symptoms you are having
