I was doing so well mood-wise for months and now all of a sudden, the bottom fell out.
Felt very low for a week, but it’s getting worse.
Thank God I see my psychiatrist in a couple of days.
I don’t know how much more of this I can endure.

Did you change anything med wise recently?
We’ll I had my Lamictal dose lowered a bit but this was months ago.
I don’t know if it’s related but it could be.
25mg was giving me cognitive issues so she lowered it to 12.5mg
Hope you get to feel better soon @Wave
Well, exercise lifts my mood. You could try vigorous exercise to give you a temporary boost.
sorry you’re down…I hate being depressed…so sorry.
I hardly have the motivation to walk
I certainly can’t do any kind of exercise not even walking slowly. @angledangle
Thank you @everhopeful @Aziz @jukebox
You mean the negatives of schizophrenia or a low mood/feeling tired?
I suffer from negatives from my meds and from depression (low moods)
Now I’m experiencing depression (low mood)

Thanks @LilyoftheValley hopefully she’ll be able to help me.
Oh thank you @DrZen!
This cheered me up a bit
Hope you get back to feeling better soon
Sorry @Wave, I hate depression. Luckily for me my antidepressant works for me. I don’t know if you can take antidepressants but if you can’t then try to walk outside every day and get some sun until you start feeling better. Being outside and in the sun should help with depression. I know when I get depressed and have troubling thoughts at times it helps to go for a walk outside especially when it’s sunny and I can think things over.
Thanks @shellys12 and @anon21849028
I hope you feel better soon.
Sometimes I have to push myself to go outside and walk, but afterwards I feel better.
Think about the prize!
i could not do my usual walk for a long time but now I try get out every day in fresh air and sometimes I only do four minutes I keep a note book and record how much I’ve done
You certainly can walk. You just have to push past the feeling of not wanting to. It’s difficult, but the endorphins from getting some exercise will improve your mood. So will getting some sunshone- vitamin d!

Ok you guys convinced me.
I’ll try to take a short walk outside today
I’ll go later in the day when it’s cooler outside
I like walks late night or really early morning when the sun is rising. It’s quiet and no one is around. Serene.
